Описание вакансии

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who will be a vital engine for scaling our visual assets at Agency team. If you are fast, detail-oriented, accurate with visual standards, and looking for a role with a clear path toward high-level creative ownership, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

  • Scale & adapt: execute fast, high-volume resizes and localizations of App Store/Google Play screenshots and promotional assets across various formats.

  • Maintain visual consistency: ensure absolute brand and technical alignment for all resized and localized assets without compromising visual quality or strict technical guidelines.

  • Support UA & ASO teams: deliver ready-to-use production assets on time to help performance and optimization teams hit their goals.

  • Evolve & take ownership: gradually move from production support to end-to-end ownership of design tasks and minor creative initiatives as your operational efficiency grows.

  • Assist agency needs: help with internal visual tasks and case study materials when needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in creating marketing materials and promotional assets across various platforms and ad networks.

  • Ability to handle large volumes of resizes and layout adaptations quickly and without technical errors.

  • Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and technical specs for digital advertising channels.

  • Attention to detail: approach to maintaining grid alignment, visual hierarchy, and brand guidelines across variations.

  • English language skills: B1-B2 or above.

It would be nice if you have:

  • Experience preparing marketing graphics specifically for App Store & Google Play — huge plus.

  • Basic motion design or animation skills (After Effects).

  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
